Everlast boxing gloves Cardio Elite
Everlast's Cardio Elite boxing gloves are specially designed for speed training and target control. Thanks to the full wrist strap and open thumb design, the glove has a good fit and fist positioning. Furthermore, the glove has a double-layer foam combination for lightweight protection. This makes the glove suitable for heavy punching bags, but they are not recommended for sparring.

What size/weight glove do I need?
To determine the correct size/weight of your gloves please use the chart below:
38 - 55 kg 10 oz
55 - 65 kg 12 oz
65 - 85 kg 14 oz
> 85 kg 16 oz
During competitions, 10 oz is normally used for fighting. If you want to train heavier and put more weight on your arms to train holding up, take a size bigger/heavier.
