This is because the glove is ergonomically shaped, which ensures a natural freedom of movement and optimal punching. In addition, the glove has a core protection of four layers of foam. This ensures good shock absorption and a comfortable fit. Finally, the Powerlock 2R has a Velcro closure, providing maximum wrist support.

To determine the correct size/weight of your gloves please use the chart below:
38 - 55 kg 10 oz
55 - 65 kg 12 oz
65 - 85 kg 14 oz

During competitions, fighting is normally done with 10 oz. If you want to train heavier and put more weight on your arms to train holding up, take a size bigger/heavier.
